- Visit the library circulation desk and ask for a library card
- You will be given a registration card to fill out
- Please be sure and include your middle name or initial
- We will make a copy of your driver's license (if you have one) and attach it to the back of your card
- You will be given a plastic library card
- Your information will be entered into the computer
- This card can be used at any library in Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties if you are a member in good standing
- Please bring this card with you whenever you want to use or borrow any of the library services.
